I use a NCR 53C810 card in my PC164LX and had no problems
installing with RH5.0. I don't usually tell the install
which adapter I have. I let it find it itself. Try grab
the RH5.0 disks and see if they work on your system.
That might give you a clue what to do. Some folks had
problems with RH5.1 images and had to substitute RH5.0
ones to get things to boot.
