Tom Stirling, Don Becker, and others, mostly at NASA Goddard. But
there are cluster computer enthusiasts elsewhere in NASA. "They"
haven't built an alpha-cluster yet, but others certainly have --
Los Alamos (x2), me, CU Boulder, etc, etc.
