DU's Netscape 4.06 Mail Broke?

Netscape mostly works, execpt mail. I can receive mail, I just can't 
send, I get an Out of Memory Error from Netscape when I try to send an 
email. Is this common? Is there a fix? I have 192 meg on an AS200 4/233 
kernel 2.1.106.
