Wow, you have much better luck than I do. I have a RedHat-5.1 system
running on AS200 (using SRM) and my shutdown -r now just hangs at "Please
wait while rebooting system" forever. Now, I did build my own kernel from
2.0.35 + the patches at gatekeeper. Perhaps I need something later?
