The US Government prevents me from providing a binary, but I can give you
the patch I used to produce a binary.  I can also provide an RPM "spec"
file if you wish to make an RPM from the sources.

The patch is at ftp://ftp.terran.org/pub/AXP/pgp50i-alpha-cleanup.patch

Please let me know if that solves your compile troubles.
