AlphaBios 5.66: LX now auto-booting without keyboard attached!

Hi!

This is just FYI: I upgraded AlphaBios on a LX from version 5.62-1a to
5.66 and now the system is auto-booting, even without a PS/2 keyboard 
attached! This is great, as it means I can now install AlphaBios based
Linux-Servers "headless", and I was asking for this feature for about
12 months now... :-))

Thanks to everyone who convinced the AlphaBios team in adding this
very basic feature!!

PS: And AlphaBios 5.66 works on "headless" SX too, I just tried it...
