problem with milo

Hi,

i upgraded my Digital AS200 4/233 to the latest arc firmware and i am
trying to install my redhat linux on my system. What i did was the folowing:
1:) format diskette
b:) copy linload and trans.tbl on to my flopy
3:) I copyed avanti from the milo dir on the redhad cd to my floppy and
renamed
    it to milo
4:) told my system to boot linux

now i get a screen saying loding, then some fast 4 lines which diapeer and
the system
get stuck in a blue screen.....

what do i do wrong ???
