i just had heavy problems with my *lovely* station.
well, look at this:

anybody was happy in an happy land of SCSIuw, S3Virge, DEC ether card,
and my HD was nicely *scrunch scrunch*ing, then i decided to change
vi video card, for anything to be much more beautiful.

well i plugged a CIRRUS LOGIC CL-GD5446BV into the first PCI slot, 
instead of the S3 virge. hophop, i booted and *doh!, black screen*.
i putted back the S3 into this first PCI slot, and nothing happenned.
well i put it into the 2nd PCI slot, it worked again (but DUX was unable
to find my vga device so i ran into a sympathic dumb terminal mode).

this morning, *before* i took my caffeine (i bet i should take my coffee
before any important action..), i tryied to plug the CIRRUS into the 2nd
PCI slot. Black blahblah. And the 2nd PCI slot not to work anymore, as
it did with the first.

Any card i put into the 2 first slots won't boot. (scsi, ethernet..)
	
Anyone with a funny idea is welcome (mmhh.. don't send my a mail with
"try tu put it into the 3rd PCI slot", i won't.)
