This works but instantly wastes, "for free", all that hard disk which
is beyond floppy image boundaries (you cloned also media description,
directory tables, etc.). 'cp' from a mounted floppy, or 'mcopy' from
non-mounted FAT/VFAT floppy, is equally effective and gives you
all this "extra disk space"; this will be some 600k, or more than
you need for a "spare" boot image in the case above.
