Err,
Up till now I've haven't come across an Alpha (which is just the CPU)
that cannot run NT...(have you?)
The entire range of Alpha CPUs is able to run NT: the 21064, 21066,
21068, 21164, 21264 (plus all their "a" variants).

Of course they are Alpha-based _SYSTEMS_ which cannot run NT, like the
DEC 3000, which is an Alpha but Turbochannel bus-based system (i.e. no
PCI nor ISA).
