NFS file's time

I have a machine A, with a partition mounted on /mnt/pk, and clock set,
for example, at 10:30.
I have a linux machine B, with clock set at 10:25.
I've mounted NFS /mnt/pk on /mnt/mp in machine B.
When I create a new file, in /mnt/mp, it has date&time of machine A
(10:30) rather than B's time (10:25).
Somebody may explain this fact ?
In my experience, in Digital NFS, the official time is the machine time from
wich the file is created.
Regards, Ivan
