Boot failure on 2.3.29

Hi all,

Just finished configuring an ES40 that I'm hoping to start doing some "real" performance work on today.  I tried building and installing 2.3.29, 2.3.30-pre3, and 2.3.30-pre3+Andrea's Alpha patches...all hung at the same point in the boot sequence.  I'm appending what was left on the screen from the boot - if you need a full boot log, please let me know and I'll boot with a serial console.  The only difference between this log (of 2.3.29) and those of 2.3.30-pre3 is that the "Memory: XXXX available" part looks more correct on the others.

Things to note:  4x 667 MHz EV67 CPUs, 4 GB Mem (4 x 1 GB modules), builtin IDE CD, all other disks are off of QLogic 1040B and 1020 adapters and a pair of Symbios Logic 53c875s, with a 21140 Tulip ethernet adapter.  *phew*...think that's everything ;)  Thanks!
