3DFX - it works!!

A big hand please for Rich Payne! An upgrade to 5.70 AlphaBIOS has allowed
me to boot happily with the 3DFX.

It is quite happily running X now (and will probably be somewhat faster
when I take the debugging out!).

I haven't built the 3D stuff yet - it looked like it was falling over some
x86 code - but thats the next job.

In the process, I have learnt how to build MILO and have a working
(non-IDE) MILO built against 2.2.x
