UDB, 2.2.13, X, TGA driver?

Anybody with a udb having weird problems?

I can't figure it out.. sine 2.2.13 I can't get X to work right.. xdm
will come up, then when I login I just get a blue screen.. it partially
brings up kde..  to the point that I can click and get menu options that
do nothing...i've tried compiling fbdev in, fbdev an the tga console in,
still no luck.. when I compile without the FB console support it won't
boot.. I've tried compiling the tga fb stuff as a module but it won't
compile.. what am i doing wrong here?
