Well xfs is crashing...
already had the latest rpms.. just reinstalled all of them
so that I can exercise futility.. reinstalled all of the kde,
gnome (why is it that I need gnome anyways? I forget? oh yeah
redhat says so), and XFree rpms... still no luck..
any other ideas @ this point? should I try development kernels? It all
worked perfectly (perfectly slow) with the standard installation.. with
the 2.2.5 kernel, etc.. even worked fine after i installed all the
latest rpms.. but as soon as I put 2.2.13 in.. no go.. if I put it in
without fbdev, the machine doesn't boot up.. if I put it in with fbdev it
boots up.. x doesn't work.. same if i put it in with fbdev and compile
in the tga console.. if I compile the kernel with fbdev and then with
tga as a module, the module won't build..
