sendmail stalls on boot..ideas?


it happened all out of the blue suddenly..

when my startup sequece get sto sendmail my systyem hangs...and hangs....the
lights on the hub flash regularly too...seems as if there is network searching or
something...the only other machine is a wiondows nt machine...

anyhow it hangs for about 2 minutes then it loads up fine....i see no errors in
the sendmail section of the var/log/messages folder....

this happen to anyone??

I have an alpha 533LX, redhat 6.0 linux..networkd card is 3com 3c905 boomerang
card....
