Compaq Compilers

I know Q released a C compiler a while back, but have they ever released
their C++ compiler yet?  If they have, is it possible to compile the Linux
kernel (and other apps) with the compiler to maybe gain the speed
improvements that the x86 folks try to do by compiling with the Pentium
optimized compiler?
