Several of the Intraserver cards are supported under Tru64 (6100L and
6200L I know are good), just make sure you buy a Tru64 version of the
card! As for ethernet, I know the DE500 series (tulip cards) work, but I
think they are also being phased out, not sure what the replacement is.

Or, the Intraserver ITI4140UE-U has both Ultra Wide SCSI and 10/100T ethernet compatible with Tru64.
The ITI-6110U2-V also is Ultra2(LVD) Wide SCSI and 10/100T, UNIX compatible.
Note the last digit it in the part number in each case (U or V) which designates the (UNIX and VMS compatible versions).
