they're the ones i've tried. and they will not work. arccf.exe (the config
utility) returns straight back to arcsbios after you press a key. arcfu.exe
(the firmware flash utility) says it can't a DAC960.
UX -> ARCSBIOS 3.0.62 (from API)
Mylex DAC960-PDU (linux driver calls it -PU). Firmware 3.52
Mylex is not DEC Alpha OEM. Does this make a difference?
Both DAC960NT.SYS ver 4.12 and 4.16 (current from DEC's site) don't work.
ARCSBIOS calls them, and you see:
Detecting devices:
DAC960NT
on the screen, and that's how it stays. If i disable them, the machine boots
fine, and the linux kernel DAC960 driver finds the DAC960 without probs.
Maurice, which Mylex firmware have you had this working on?
