DE422 Driver

Does anybody know what module I have to compile to get support for a DEC 
DE422 etherenet network card?  I tried the DE4x5 module, but that
doesn't 
work, it complains about a pci_bios, and since I am using a DEC 2000 AXP 
(Jensen) and only have an EISA bus, I don't have PCI.  Anybody know
which 
module to use?
