70 ns DRAM SIMMs for PC164 anyone?

Hi,

I'm running a brave PC164 with 8x32 MBs of Memory. Lately the Machine
has got busier, and I looked for upgrading Memory, but unfortunately
noone around here has 70ns SIMMs available anymore (not even 60ns - 
I'd try them).

So my Question is if anyone of you could sell me 8x64 70ns SIMMs or
knows where to get those. Can I use 60ns SIMMs, if I should happen
to find these? What are my alternatives?
