Voice over IP??

Anyone know of any voice over IP solutions that I can use with Linux,
(obviously alpha Linux would be the BEST solution)  There are lots of
solutions for NT (Micom, etc.) but we are mostly a UNIX shop, and I really
don't want to spend 50,000 for a Sun or IBM solution, and I REALLY don't
want to run NT if I can avoid it :)
