RedHat shipped in old releases (5.0 or 4.2) a tool called
sfdisk which is in fact the command-line driven version
of fdisk. We still use this in our current installer,
it works really fine.

Maybe in the source-rpm of "rpm -qf $(which fdisk)" (util-linux).
