I guess this file maps various kernel symbols (huge hex numbers) to their
'human readable' names. So if something goes wrong, the system can tell
you that it got to do with 'isa_device_interrupt' instead of
'fffffc0000315380'. 

I'm likely to guess wrong though... :)
