Apache access control lists and Squid X_Forwarded-For

Hi All 
	I am in need of help we use apache web server and Squid Proxy ,I
need to be able to make apache understand in its access control list Squids
X_Forwarded-For statement is this possible without bolting in another bit of
perl.
