X-Forwarded-From facility in Squid

Hi 	
	Apologies for resending this mail again but it appears to have been
trashed the last time it was sent.

What we are trying to do is use the X-Forwarded-From facility in squid proxy
to redirect requests to Apache web server where it will be filtered by an
access list. Does anyone one know how we get apache to understand
X-Forwarded-From in an access list.
