You can try the vendors at www.alphalinux.org/hardware/vendors.shtml but
they may only want to sell an LX with a processor.

I don't know of anybody that would sell you just a CPU, especially an EV6,
as those are usually either soldered to the daughter card (DP264) or in
the new slot B. Does that DS10 have a CPU socket? but again those are only
466MHz.

Now you wouldn't be trying to put a 21264 in an LX board would you?
