Joystick fixed...

A week ago I complained that the joystick driver didn't work on my Miata.
It works now, plus everything else.  I had to use the 'ac' patches,
presently 2.2.2-ac6.  The sound also works just fine now.  The js port
detects the exact make and model of the attached joystick, and the
'jstest' program works flawlessly.
