4/200 233mhz alpha need help

I just bought my first alpha machine.  I was running windows NT (god forbid)
since i didnt know how to install anything else on the machine.  If someone
can give me a start to finish detailed instructions on how to install redhat
5.2 with a arc firmware, i believe the update was 6.8 (not sure) can someone
send me a txt file or something that will help me get on the road.  Pleaze
help me!  I want to get rid of my sin of helping bill gates.  thank you
