Ok, I've got the 1024x768 up and running.  It took stepping through each
line of a borrowed xf86config file and testing each 1024 modeline but
it now works!!

Is 8bpp color the only thing we get with the TGA color?  I'd hoped to get
up on 16bpp but I'll be happy with 8bpp.

I did a boot with the milo disk in the floppy and guess what?  No message.
*sigh*  So the choice is pull the floppy milo load off the boot menu or
leave the milo disk in the drive.  *ack*  I'll live with the message.

There's a light at the end of the tunnel, and it's NOT an inbound train!!
