ssh-2.0.12 unaligned traps.

ssh-2.0.12 causes an unaligned trap twice during login.  However after
login it does not cause any more.  Has anyone seen this happen, is there a
patch or something that I should know about when running 2.0.12.  

Because it is isolated to just login, it does not cause that much of a
performance hit, but never-the-less I would like to fix it.
