I've had relatively good luck with the Samsung SC1200TX and Netgear
FA310TX (both based on 2114x) on XL266, NoName (AXPpci33) and
PCI64-275.

Both the Samsung and Netgear cards are <$30US at local vendors; I'm sure
the prices are comparable in Canada.
