You left the _ out of load_ramdisk.

Note that it asked for the root floppy, not the root ramdisk.

I'm kind of surprised it didn't print anything like "panic: can't
mount root disk 0N:00" before the halt. Perhaps it did and you didn't
realize that message was important.
