I have tried both loadramdisk=1 and load_ramdisk=1. Both have the same
result.
Redhad documentation uses loadramdisk and I think that unh.edu notes use
load_ramdisk.
Also, the file parameter was actually vmlinux.gz. Sorry for the
misprint(corrected below)
