I wouldn't be too sure of that. I've had pretty good luck with RH support by
using
their Bugzilla system. Most of the fixes I've submitted have been
incorporated 
within 24 hours and they do actually take a look. Just don't be an a**hole
when
you post a bug or patch. Oh, and I didn't buy RH6.0 so you don't have to be
a
paying customer to get the support. You can find the Bugzilla system off the
RH page under Installation Support and Report A Bug. Try it...it works.

A few of the developers there in particular have been really cool about
putting
in patches quickly...even patches for the Jensen!
