MILO hang-up

Hello all...

New to the list here. I'm having a problem with booting MILO on my Alpha. I
get the message MILO i switching to the PALcode, then the screen goes blank
and nothing else happens. Any thoughts?

Alpha:
AS 400 4/233 160MB RAM, 2 2GB SCSI HD,
S3 2MB video,
1 DEC NIC
1 3com 3c905
