Are you sure that package is not a derivative of the Knuth
stuff? His SW is for documentation. The very name suggests
it is a derivative. Also, if TeX accepts it, it must be
a derivative. Anyway, a trivial search in a search engine
can locate this sort of info. Sure wish people would learn
how to use available tools....
