Hallo !
I got an SCSI-1 tape drive (currently plugged into an intel box). Since I
don't want to slow down the UW-SCSI-chain (internal, tape drive is
external) I thought of buying a cheap SCSI adapter. Since Symbios Logic
once seem to be better supported, I thought of buying a 20810S.
Unfortunately, I couldn't find their web page or any details about it.
Does anyone have negativ experience with the above SCSI adapter (on an
LX) ?
I am not entirly sure about the SCSI specs. If I add an
(internal/external) SCSI 1/Fast SCSI 2 devices on an UW chain, will all
devices run on SCSI 1/Fast SCSI 2 ? Maybe a FAQ on this somewhere ?
Thanks for your help
Helge
