My system is pretty similar, and since I just bought it this summer I 
thought I'd post the specs and what I paid.

AlphaStation 200 4/233 (21064@233MHz)
144MB RAM
4.3GB Seagate Barracuda SCSI HD
4MB Creative Blaster Exxtreme video card
12x Philips SCSI CD-ROM

I paid $550 (incl. shipping) for the system w/out the CD-ROM, which I added 
for $33.  They system is in great shape -- even came with the original 
manual from DEC and an official copy of Redhat 5.2 Alpha (manual, cd, etc).
