good uw scsi adapter for srm/digital unix

Thinking about buying a nice uw scsi adapter for my axppci33 system.
I need something that will let me boot under SRM and will work under
Digital UNIX.  I am thinking about a Symbios SYM8751SP or a Tekram
DC-390F.  Both are based on the 53c875 chipset.  Any way to be sure
if one of these will work on my system before I buy one?
