RH6.0 psacct RPM

Greetings,

The psacct RPM shipped with RH6 is broken.  There is now an RPM and SRPM on
ftp://ftp.terran.org/pub/linux/ for RedHat-6.0 Alpha.

Specifically:
	o lastcomm now produces meaningful values for:
		+ cpu system/user time summary (Alpha-specific)
		+ date of command (Alpha-specific)
		+ tty, when used on UNIX98 ptys
	o accounting info page installs properly [IMO]
	o some dumb compilation warnings

Let me know if it (doesn't) work for you.
