That's still petty steep. I bought mine from Starship Corp for $60, then put 64mb memory in ($100) and a floppy ($35). The problem with Ebay is that people tend to overbid these systems to ridiculous heights...
They know it and you'll pay through the nose from them. They like making money.
If you have patience, check out EBAY -- you can usually get a fully configured (that means with memory and hard drive -- the hardest parts to procure) for around 175 - 250. I've seen multias with 32-64 mb ram and 300-500mb ~internal~ Scsi drive go for that range.
