Hmmm, have you tried increasing the amount of shared memory available?

Try this:

echo 16777216 > /proc/sys/kernel/shmmax

and then try to run the binary.  You need lots of free memory to run
netscape.  Supposidly, the req'd. are 32 MB of RAM free, 128 MB
Swap.
