Alpha Motherboards SDK

Does anyone know how to get the latest version?  Maurice Hilarius of
HardData and I poked around Compaq's web sites for about an hour with
no luck.  It looks like the part number has changed. The document 
describing it is still available at:

The product brief has part number EC-QXQKD-TE, but this doesn't contain
the part number of the SDK itself.
