In general, percentage of memory in use in not a good indicator of
efficiency. Free RAM is wasted RAM, so the system should be using pages
that aren't in use by processes for buffers and pagecache. The real
question is how well it balances these factors, and how quickly it can
throw buffers overboard when your process RSS increases quickly.
