access to CMOS clock

Hi All,

On Intel machine I can access to CMOS clock with "clock" command, but
this command does not work on my Alpha PWS433 (or miata). It says
"unable to get I/P port access".

Is there any commands I can use to manipulate CMOS clock for Alpha/miata
when  system is running?
