RH 6.1 and ssh1

Hmm just tried to compile ssh1, so I was backward compatible with some
older machine.  Fails on login.c....ssh2 compiled without a hitch.  Stock
6.1 machine with the security updates.  Thought I'd ask and see if anyone
else had this problem before I started digging.
