Iprobe on SX164

I tried to run the neato iprobe utility
<uri:http://www.alphalinux.org/iprobe/> on my SX.  It doesn't seem to
recognize the CPU... chip_major() returns 9 for the SX.  I guess this
should work like an ev5:
