acrobat reader on UDB

Subject: acrobat reader on UDB

I tried to install the DU version of Acrobat reader on my UDB running
RH6.2, following the instructions from alphalinux.org. When I run acroread,
I just get "Illegal instruction (core dumped)". Does anybody have an idea
what's going wrong here and how to get it running ?
