apache-ssl for alpha?

Try building openSSL with a -fPIC flag.

I have had mod_ssl-2.4.2-1.3.9 working for months without difficulty
on my LX164. Currently upgrading to mod_ssl-2.6.4-1.3.12. I haven't
tested SSL on the new config yet (playing with some unrelated new
modules I added at the same time). I'll test that tonight.
